Dedicated Site Management

Every N Floorcare client has a named specialist assigned to their site — a single, accountable point of contact who manages program delivery, responds to issues and maintains the relationship between N Floorcare and your facility management team.

The quality of a floor care program over time depends significantly on the quality of its management. A program managed through a generic call centre, a rotating account management roster or an administrative process that is disconnected from actual site delivery will consistently underperform against one managed by a specialist who knows your facility, understands your operational priorities and is directly accountable for program outcomes.

A named, reachable specialist

Every N Floorcare client is assigned a dedicated site manager who is their primary and persistent point of contact for the duration of the program. This person is not rotated without your knowledge, does not change without a formal handover, and is reachable directly — by phone, by message and by on-site visit — rather than through a queued support system. They are available 24 hours a day for urgent site issues, and operate standard business hours for routine communication and scheduling.

What your site manager does

Your dedicated site manager oversees the delivery of every service visit on your site — coordinating crew deployment and equipment scheduling, reviewing service records, escalating and resolving anomalies, and conducting regular on-site performance reviews. They manage the relationship between N Floorcare's operational team and your facility management team, ensuring that any changes to your operational environment that affect floor care requirements are identified and acted on.

Performance review and reporting

At agreed intervals, your site manager conducts a formal performance review — comparing current floor conditions against program specifications and baseline assessment data, reviewing service delivery records, identifying any areas where performance could be improved, and presenting findings to your facility management team. These reviews are documented and retained as part of your program record.

The value of single-point accountability

When something goes wrong on a client site — and in any sustained operational relationship, issues occasionally arise — the response is only as effective as the accountability structure that manages it. Having a single named specialist responsible for your program means issues are owned rather than passed between departments, and resolution timelines reflect a genuine responsibility for outcome rather than a process that diffuses accountability across multiple contacts.
