A floor care program is only as good as its design. Once we have a complete technical picture of your facility from the site assessment, our specialists develop a program specification that addresses every relevant dimension of your floor care requirements — matched to your operational structure, compliance environment and the specific conditions of your facility.
Equipment selection
We specify the right equipment for your site rather than deploying whatever is available. Ride-on scrubber selection is based on your aisle widths, turning radius constraints, floor loading limits and the contamination profile of different zones. Walk-behind equipment is specified for areas inaccessible to larger machines. Pressure washing equipment is matched to contamination type and surface material. Every equipment decision is documented and the reasoning is explained.
Chemical specification
Treatment chemicals are selected based on the contamination types identified in the assessment, your facility's compliance requirements and any surface-compatibility constraints. In food production and healthcare-adjacent environments, chemical selection is subject to regulatory approval requirements that we address as part of the design process. Application rates, dilution factors, contact times and rinsing requirements are all specified in the program documentation.
Service frequency and zone mapping
Not every area of your facility requires the same service frequency. Our program design maps your facility into service zones and assigns the appropriate frequency and methodology to each — concentrating resource where contamination accumulates fastest and maintaining appropriate lower-intensity schedules elsewhere. The resulting program is more efficient and produces better floor conditions than a uniform single-frequency approach.

The completed program specification is presented to you in full before any work commences. Every decision is documented and explained. You have the opportunity to review, question and adjust the program before it is finalised — ensuring the program we implement reflects your operational priorities as well as our technical recommendations.
