Specialist Site Assessment

Every N Floorcare program begins here — a thorough, technically grounded assessment of your floor surfaces conducted on-site by a qualified specialist. This is not a sales visit. It is the foundation on which an effective, precisely calibrated floor care program is built.

The quality of a floor care program is determined almost entirely by the quality of the assessment that precedes it. A program designed without comprehensive understanding of substrate condition, contamination type, traffic loading and compliance obligations will consistently underperform — regardless of how well it is executed. N Floorcare's site assessment process is designed to eliminate this risk.

What we examine

Our assessment covers every dimension of your floor environment that is relevant to program design. Surface condition is examined across the full floor area — not just representative samples — to identify variations in wear, contamination depth and substrate integrity that may require differential treatment. We test surface pH and moisture content, assess existing coating or sealant systems, identify contamination sources and document traffic patterns across different zones of the facility.

We review any available historical treatment records, which often reveal patterns of recurring issues that inform the design of a more durable solution. Where relevant, we review your current compliance documentation to understand the regulatory obligations your facility is subject to — food safety standards, WHS requirements, industry-specific codes of practice — so that these requirements are built into the program from the outset rather than accommodated as an afterthought.

The outcome of the assessment

The assessment produces a detailed technical record of your facility's floor condition — a document that forms the foundation of your program specification and provides a baseline against which ongoing performance can be measured. You receive a copy of this assessment as part of our standard engagement process, along with our program recommendation and the reasoning behind every decision in that recommendation.

Why it matters

Many floor care providers begin with a standard service package and adjust it slightly for each client. N Floorcare begins with your specific floor conditions and builds from there. The difference in outcomes over the life of a program is significant — both in the standard of floor condition maintained and in the efficiency with which that standard is achieved.
